Based on this, your truck should have an IDM-120, but again it doesn't matter which one is installed. The earlier IDM's were marked IDM-100, a little later was IDM-110, and the ones that came on 99& up were marked IDM-120 (this isn't hard and fast, as I've seen one or two exceptions).
